Booking for custom work is offered in limited submission rounds approximately three times per year.

During each booking round, I review every submission and select the projects that best align with my work. I primarily create botanical, wildlife, and nature-inspired blackwork tattoos, so I generally do not accept portraits, color work, or reworks of existing tattoos. Cover-ups are considered on a case-by-case basis. Because I take on a limited number of projects, I may not be able to accept every submission.

To submit a booking request, please include:

• A brief description of your idea.

• Reference images, including examples of my previous work that resonate with you.

• Your desired placement and approximate size.

• Any scheduling or budget considerations that may influence your project.

• Whether you are local or traveling.

• Whether you are available for multiple sessions, if applicable.

Flash appointments may be booked at any time, even when my books are closed for custom work.

I keep a rotating collection of repeatable flash designs available to select from in person. Most are smaller than the palm of your hand and can be customized through placement, scale, and select details while preserving the original design.

Flash tattoos generally range from $100 to $300, depending on the design, size, and placement. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

My rate is $260 per hour.The final cost will depend on the size, placement, detail, and time required to complete your tattoo. I will provide you with an estimate prior to your appointment.

I am willing to consider budget limitations when cost would otherwise prevent someone from getting tattooed. Options can be discussed during the booking process.

I accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Cash payments receive a 10% discount.

Deposit policy:

A $150 deposit is required to reserve a custom tattoo appointment and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

The deposit must be received within 48 hours of appointment confirmation. If it is not received within that time, the selected date and time may be offered to another client.

Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred one time to a new appointment date when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments automatically forfeit the deposit.

Moisturize the area for several days before your appointment, but skip moisturizer on the day of your tattoo. If you know the general placement, you may shave the area the night before or the morning of your appointment.

Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol the night before, and eat a substantial meal before arriving.

Wear clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Choose dark clothing or something you would not mind potentially getting ink on. You are also welcome to bring headphones, a book, or something else to occupy you while I work.

Initial wrap removal:

Keep the wrap on for 3 hours. Wash with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap (e.g., Dr. Bronner’s, Dial). Pat dry with a paper towel; let it air dry completely. Apply a thin layer of tattoo salve or fragrance-free lotion (e.g., Lubriderm, Aquaphor). Avoid over-moisturizing. Wash the tattoo morning and night; reapply lotion if it feels dry or tight.

Derm Shield aftercare (if applicable):

Keep the bandage on for 3 days unless irritated. To remove, peel gently from the edge; a warm shower helps. Fluid under the bandage is normal. After removal, wash gently, pat dry, and apply lotion or salve. Moisturize for 3 weeks or until healed.

Other tips:

Avoid tight clothing that may rub the tattoo. No sun exposure for a month to prevent fading. Avoid soaking in water (baths, pools, etc.) for 2 weeks. Don’t touch with dirty hands; wash before applying lotion.

Full healing may take months. For unusual redness, swelling, or oozing, contact your tattoo artist or healthcare professional.
